I have got a full time offer from one of the US based American company B.
i suppose i am eligible for EB3 Category with my below education.?
1.) Am i eligible to file GC/Labor based on 3 years Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) degree from India in EB3 category?
2.) I also have 2 years PGDCA certificate.
3.) Prior coming to US i have 5 years of IT experience outside US and within US i have 5 Years of experience from my current Employer A.
Do the attorney's of the US based american company B would recognize my 3 years Bachelors degree to initiate my labour in EB3 once i take this Full time offer.
Can someone please reply on this.
