We three (Me, my wife and Wife sister(Sister-in-law) live in same apartment(same address). I am the petitioner filing Green Card for my Wife. My Income in not enough for affidavit. I am going to use My Sirter-In-Law Income. I this Situation Does she count as a household member? If yes, then she Need to file I-864A(contract between sponsor and household member). I am the main sponsor. She will be co-sponsor. Form I-864A Part 1 No 8(Relation to sponsor) which option does she need to select? There is no option for her to select as brother-in-law(main sponsor). Please help me on this. I have to file next week. I asked same thing previous but information was not enough. Thanks
