I have applied for EAD renewal (my EAD expires on June). I got a offer and would like to join the company. Can I join or i should wait unitl my EAD approval?
My other question: What are the documents I need from my current employer to file AC 21? I heard for some one that AC21 is not compulsory. is that correct?
