Hi,
My wife applied for COS from H4 to F1 in 2010 Jan and it got approved. She continued her coursework in F1 till 2011 Dec. She has finished her course work but few things are left (project and qualifying exam). We went to India in Dec 2011 and she had to go for F1 stamping and they denied her visa since I am in US(H1b visa). So she went for H4 stamping. I live in different state and she lived in different state where she went school. Now she is with me. My question is :
i) If she applies COS, there may a possiblitity for 'RFE' stating that how a full time student can take course from other state?.
Please guide me how to face this question?
