Hi all,
I have a copy of approved I-140 document (EB3) with my current employer. I am moving to a new company now by transferring my H1 to the new employer. My new employer will file by GC in EB2 category.
For the porting of my Priority date, do I need any other documents other than the copy of I-140 approval notice from my current employer?
