Dear All,
I will be filing for my 3rd Extension based on recently approved I-140. I had applied my last extension in December 2010 and my actual salary on LCA/Petition was $66K, without any change in duties, role, location due to my performance and company's performance it was raised to $84K in Jan 2011 and again in 2012 January it was raised to $ 91K, as my actual salary is $91K, if that is mentioned on the Petition, and i i go for premium processing, are there any issues? Can the question a substantial raise in salary and issue an RFE? Or should we show $84K as actual salary on the Petition and if a question arise during Stamping (Am planning for stamping from Canada). Because my 2011 W-2 will show $84K and my 2012 paystubs will add to $91K.
What is the best course of action? I am a non-consultant working for same employer since 2004, and so far never had any RFE or issues in any of my previous filings.
Will await your guidance.
