Hi All,
I got my green card recently and i am planning to travel to India for my marriage and would like to apply for reentry permit. I am planning to stay there for at least an year and then come back to us.(I cannot bring my future wife in the next couple of years as i need to sponsor her under family based immigration quota).
Are there any restrictions on when can i file for Reentry permit. Do i need to stay in US at least one year in order to file for reentry permit ?
