Hi IV Friends
My close friend is having below problem
He is on L1 visa,, but visa stamping on passport is expired.. But he has valid I-94.
Recently he is blessed with kid [USA born],, and kid got USA passport.
Now they applied [through POST] for PIO card which has been rejected by quoting the reason that KID parents are not having valid USA VISA STAMPING.
With out knowing these problems,, he already booked tickets to India .. They have to travel to India on 26th April.
What are the available options for them to cope up with this problem.
I am planning to suggest get Indian visa for their KID.. Is it right option?
