Advance Parole ( I-131) Fees

As per Page 8 of I-131 Instruction , OMB NO.1615-0013 , if the you filed form I-485 On or after July 30,2007 , than no fee is required to file a request for Advance Parole. My Receipt date is August 7,2007 , and I paid $395 of i-485. so do i need to apply for Advance Parole without any fees now ? Can someone guide me ?

Even though it says that, they extended the deadline by 15 days and you paid under the old fee structure. So, you need to pay for the I-131 fees.
