Hello there,
A quick question, a friend is filling out the i90 form for a replacement green card and was wondering about the question "6. Have you ever been ordered removed from the United States? -"
In my friends case, he was ordered removed by the Immigration Court but this was overturned by the board of immigration appeal so he was not removed in the end, therefore would he still have to choose yes, even though that ruling was overturned so it never became final? Thanks for your help.
