Perm status with 11/2011 priority date

Hi,

My perm application was submitting on 11/25. The employer claims that there is no update on this case yet. No approval or audit yet. Any one still there with no response from DOL with november 2011 priority date. Another colleague filed on the same date with the the same employer, his case is approved.

Ask your employer to check the status online immediately.

If DOL did not make a decision, ask employer to send them and email asking about the status of the application.
