EB2 with Corp to corp

HI,
I am getting an offer from a company A with EB2 porting option.They are going to place me through another company B at their client place.Do you think this method of corp to corp is accepted by USCIS? Will there be any issues like H1B transfer,auditing, RFE, Greencard issues,etc....

You don't have to worry about Corp-to-Corp contracts for filing GC in EB2. Both are unrelated and it is absolutely safe to go for it. All you need to make sure is a client letter for H1B transfer to the new company (as you will be working at a client location).
