Hi,
The situation is - Before joining Company A, I only have a BS degree. By the time Company B acquired Company A, I have BS+5 yrs experience while working for A, and continue to work in the same job now. Labor certificate from company A, and I140 approved/sponsored by company B, and EB3 I-485 pending forever :(
Is it possible to use the experience obtained in company A before aquisition for a new EB2 application for this same job or a different job with similar duties in company B? Thanks in advance!
