L1B Extension

My L1B VISA is getting over by May 03 2012 so as my Wife's and Son's i94 is also getting expired. But I have my i94 till May 2013. My company is applying for an extension. Also my wife is 32 weeks pregnant. I'm not sure if she can travel to India at this point. Do we need to specifically mention about my wife's health condition?
