Hi,
I am working as a "Q A Test Specialist"(Individual Contributor) on H1B doing software validation as well as Automation Testing(9 responsibilities listed in Job Description).
And I may get promoted as a "Supervisor,Quality Assurance " where I need to do additional 7 duties which includes managing other QA members,identifying resources etc other than the previous responsibilities(Now 16 responsibilities) .
Salary will be slightly increased whereas there is no change in Job Location.
My question is
1) If I accept the new position, should I have to do an amendment on my current H1B?
2) My company planning to do GC in EB2 after this promotion.Will this promotion affect my GC Process?
