AP Renewal Expediate - How to create a SR#

Our AP renewal was submitted 73 + days ago & it is still pendng. However, need to get it sooon so as to proceed with the travel plans.
( I did call the CSR at USCIS last year whnen i had issue with EAD renwal & the CSR put in a expediate SR)

1. Seems the Phone menu has changed quite a bit. What sequence of codes should i punch on the phone in order to talk to a real CSR at USCIS?

2. Do they create SR for AP - renewal expediation? OR should i go to Infopass?

My AP renewal was filed on Jan 06, 2012, still pending it has been more than 110 days, I am not sure why it is so slow even after paying the money in full. This kind of discrimination is very frustrating, I am really surprised that we donot have much option, but to wait.

IV core member is there a way, were you guys can help us is getting the AP and EAD renewal process more efficiently and in timely fashion.
