Hi, I am working for company A and my i94 and visa expires on 26th june, 2012. Company A has filed an extension for me and application has just reached USCIS..did not receive WAC number yet....
Now, Company B is ready to file transfer for me in premium processing..this should be started in a week say 5th May'2012...
1. does my i94 gets extended when company B files my transfer..??
2. Should this both applications reaching USCIS together be an issue.??
3. What if my tranfer gets approved and i94 is extended(if its a case) from company B, what would happen to my extension filed by Company A..??
Please help me out on this..
