Hello,
My employer filed I-140 and I-485 concurrent, after a month company name got changed as its merged back into one of the parent organization .
In between I-140 is approved, but again my employer filed I-140 (successor in interest), now layoffs rumour is going on, My I-485 has been pending for 180 days . In case I am let go , I tranfer my h1b to new company as well as invoke AC 21 . But the new I-140 ( successor in interest) is still pending, now, Hence my questions are
What will happen to my I-485
1>Will my current I-485 get blocked till my new SIC I-140 gets approved ?
2> If I-140 (successor in interest) get REF ?
3> If I-140 (successor in interest) is withdraw from employer.
