Hi,
I was on H1 visa and worked for almost 1 yr, after I changed status to H4 and my H1 visa expired after a year. I am still on H4 but want to resume my carrier here in US.
So my question is
Do I need to file for new H1 visa and go through quota again OR I can easily get H1 status back based on previous valid status?
Please if you have any information on such cases do share it
