Hello, I wanted to thank any help and advice in advance.

I am on a F1 visa here, and I want to get married. He is an american who was born in the US but lives abroad, he has dual citizenship, his other nationality is Saudi. I wanted to marry him in his country but comeback here and probably not apply for the papers since he has no work here and could not get approved with the affidative of being responsible for me here. Would marrying an American outside of the US affect my F1 status in the US?
In case we would like to apply for papers later on, how would that go about since I am already in the US and married to him in another country? We would probably have to live apart in different countries the first year or so.

I am an F1 student and I'm currently on F1 status for OPT. I'll be out of status in two months. I was planning to marry my bf who is an US citizen,if I had to leave the country but it got postponed to another year or so since he got cold feet. I don't want to have a long distance relationship and I was wondering what would happen if I overstay? Could I get married to him eventually and not have to leave the country for a period of time? Would the government allow it since i overstayed illegally?
