I have a Pending 485, EB3 Derivative, PD 10/24/2002. Spouse's 485 was approved 6/2007. Derivative not approved due to name check which cleared at a later date. Applied and have an approved i130 F2A PD 9/17/2010. Spouse has now applied for citizenship, If i become current on the F2A or if spouse becomes citizen, do i have to file a fresh 485? If no and i can interfile what is the process?
