Traveling to US on Visitor Visa for business purpose

My relative has a 10 year multiple entry Visitor Visa. He used it once in 2010 for tourism purpose. He now wants to visit his client using the same Visa.

Is this a right move?

As long as there is no remuneration involved, I think he can as once a person is in the US, there is nothing stopping ur relative from going and meeting some one which is my interpretation but u can consult an attorney....
