My H1B Visa expires by Aug 22, 2012. I got the H1B extension approved from Aug 23, 2012 to Mar 2013. I will be in India during June last week and I am planning to go for stamping. If I go for stamping, is there any issue in me traveling back in the month of July as the new extension starts from Aug 23, 2012. Please clarify.
My wife will apply for H4 stamping using the extension. Whether she can travel in the month of july. Please clarify.
