Incorrect Dates on EAD card

Folks,

My existing card is valid till 8/10/2012. I received a new card with validity of 5/16/2012 to 5/15/2013. I was expected it to be 8/11/2012 to 8/10/2013 since my priority date (EB3 June 2003) is not current .

I called USCIS and opened a ticket but got a totally unrelated reply?

Please let me know what should I do to get the dates corrected?

there is another thread where someone was saying same 2 things.
1. got EAD for 1 year.
2. is valid from approval date and not expiry date of current EAD.
i don't think we can do anything about it.
even i have an application pending.
