Hi
Please suggest. I am in this country since 1996 Aug. and my husband case is pending under EB3 backlog . I have EAD but no H4, recently renewed again EAD valid till 2014. its almost 16 years.
I have not travelled back to India.
Is there any appeal I can make for this Hardship I am going through to any immigration judge/court.
