Hi,
My friend received an RFE on my H1B, which she applied for this April 2012.
She is an undergraduate from India in Pharmacy and did masters in Pharmacy Administration in US for 3 years.
Then she now works through a small IT Consulting firm for another large firm as a Computer Systems Analyst in health-care related domain.
But recently got a RFE on my H1B. I have time until a month from now to respond but please help us out here as to what exactly happens in such cases ?
RFE questions how does her undergrad and grad in Pharmacy translate or evidence H1B for current job that she is doing ?
