As per many threads, it very difficult to get an F1 visa once I140 is filed as the "intent to immigrate" is shown ...
Can one can an F1 visa while the GC process is initiated by the employer , Labor is filed and is in pending or approved status , but I140 is not yet filed...
Would obtaining F1 visa feasible with the above route ?
