I am on L2 visa with my husband (L1 b) ..... our visa expires on 14 aug 2012. yet my husband has I94 till 4nov2014, so his employer won't file extension for his visa..... yet his PED ie L1 blanket petition expires on
14 aug 2012.
A. Even though he has valid I 94, since his PED expires does he need to file for visa extension? and can he file an extention?
B. In this case do I have to leave US as my I 94 expires on 14 aug 2012 ? is there any way that i can stay?
c. How can trip to Canada or Mexico after visa expiration can help my husband get his visa extended?
