Greetings,

I have a few questions related to AC21 and I-140.

a) Is revoking I-140 mandatory if an employee leaves the company after several years of filing for I-148 and waiting for dates. Some one mentioned that once I-140 is approved, technically it belongs to the employee, but how come companies are able to revoke I-140.

b) I have a few friends who got their GCs after switching companies and not filing AC21. Is AC21 filing a mandatory? My issue is - my current title in the current company and the new title in the potential company are very different. Some one on the forums mentioned, they got their 485s denied due to filing of AC21 and the title change.

c) Based on above, it sounds like it is safe not to file AC21 if company which filed for I-148 does not revoke I-140. Is my assumption correct and any guidance is appreciated.

Thanks
