Hi,

We are in the 6th year on H1B,will expire in next month.
We have applied for 3 years extension on the basis of I-140 approved.
Have got RFE asking for Letter from the end client sayin there is a requirement at this place n for this duration n all other details.

End client refused to give such kind of letter. Ours is C-V-V-E model

We have copies of contract between our employer,mid-vendor and end client &
Letters from vendor but Attorney is saying that won't be suffient.
Has anyone faced this situation recently.

what should we do in this case. Please help...It's very urgent.

We are with this client from last 15 months but did not file for H1B amendment with this client.will this affect extension any way.

I was in simlar situation in nov-2011. I140 approved and more than 6 years on H1-B & applied for xfer with E-V-C model. I had got letter in detail for my duties and skills from Vendor manager overlooking my daily work & contract between Vendor-Employer. Employer/lawyer draftet petition very well w/o client letter(which I got 1 day after they sent my xfer papers) & got the approval in 5 days under premium. I have no details as how the wordings were but was good enough for me to get the approval.

I am not sure if this will help or not as each case is different... good luck!
