Hello,
I came to usa in Dec 1997 maintained H1-b visa status until April 2001, got laid off in april 2001 since then i am out of status. I was in removal proceeding with a final deportation order. I found a employer who is willing to apply H1-B visa or any other visa that can help me to get me back in status now.
Can you please advice me what kind of solution will be appropriate for my situation? Should i continue my removal appeal with Federal court and then apply for visa?
