Hello,

My attorney informed me that they sent a letter to withdraw my approved I140.

Can someone let me know the timeline that USCIS will take action to withdraw the approved i140 and will USCIS update the online status that the I140 is withdrawned.

Secondly, I was also told by my lawyer if employer wants they can reinstate the withdrawn I140 if they want to, is it true.

Why did 'your' attorney withdraw your I140?
Was it a mistake?

Thanks .. I left the company so they sent the withdrawal but at later point when I had a discussion with them to continue the GC they said OK with some agreements so now my i140 is still in approved state not sure when USCIS will process this case..

can you tell me how USCIS process these sort of withdrawal cases will it take 4 months or how does it work out?

Your description is confusing and seems something else is happening that is not being posted.
1) what kind of agreement?
2) If I140 is approved then what do you mean by processing it?
3) what are the details of the case? PD, category etc? It needs to be in your profile to understand the case.
4) Why was the withdrawal sent?
5) Is there any fraud inquiry for employer/employee? What kind of company?
6) if it is your attorney, why did he withdraw?
