Hi ,
I have contacted local lawyer over here in Oklahoma city but haven't got any legitimate feedback from them ,
I am trying to apply for J visa as work/trainee
as H1b is over , since i am already in USA , what procedure should i follow ,
also , what is the risk factor /denial rate to India citizen.
If i travel to Canada and worst case , if my J visa is declined than will i be able to enter to us again on valid job letter and opt.
