EB2 I is not current yet, but it is in a much better shape than EB3 I. And his overall predictions and logic are accurate; EB2 I will progress fast, EB3 ROW will loose out; EB3 I will be in the toilet (priority date, I mean).

As for as October bulletin i don't think we can predict anything now. We have to wait for 3 months for the PD movement, if it stays or moves to MID of 2005 then after that it is going to be simple to predict as we know the following information.

We should raise money to bring him back to IV.
Or we can do some Yagn or pooja paath to impress him.

Despite VDL Rao's predictions did not come through 100% correct, his direction was right. We should also consider USCIS secret ways of handling things. We really would like to hear from VDL Rao or other gurus (with nos) predictions for Oct bulletin.

Actually there will be very little or no forward movement for EB2-I for Oct Bulletin. It may actually retrogress also. Although chances of retrogression is less likely. There were lot of applications filed just before and in March 2005 (pre-perm) to avoid hassles of unknown perm at that time. So getting through this March 2005 date will be a big challenge.

If at all date moves forward, it will be a crawl. Maybe by a month or two.

I saw Himalayas ranges behind him.
So he might not be even aware of these posts!

Lets look in to the math. Each category has 28,600 Visas for entire year. So EB2 total is 28,600. This 28,600 has to distributed along the year. So for the 1st quarter starting in october there will be only 28,600/4 = 7150 VISAS for EB2.

Now the country cap kicks in. For india you will only have 7% of 7150 which is 500 Visas. 500 visas is only 200 families.

But as per VDL Rao, we have been seeing cut off dates around Mid-April 2004 for last 2 -3 years. So EB2I should not retrogress at least and may stay at Jan 05 as most of cases must have been cleared by now.

DOS does not like USCIS approving cases randomly. They would want USCIS to process the oldest cases and so EB2 I will retrogress to probably 2003.

EB3I may open at 2001 or 2002.

VDLRAO was correct in his predictions, however, he had no way to predict the USCIS's great job at processing all 485s, FBI's great job at clearing all name checks and lately EB1C filings.

All these three factors made his predictions somewhat late but chances are, EB2 I will get to 2007 or even 2008 by Next Sept. (A year later than predicted by VDLRAO).

Interesting thing to see would be EB1C usage when that data comes out in Oct-Nov.

4) VLDRAO was a UNDERCOVER member from the US House of representative ( That's why his logo said US House of representative ) telling us about the future .


We could start a VLDRAO Flower campaign to see if that appeases him !! What say ?

I gently disagree with point 1. I believe point 2 could be more realistic since VDLRao was sakshaat avaatar of Nostradamus as he accurately predicted movements.
IV could gain a lot by bringing VLDRao back to forums. I can donate one million for VDLRao Flower Campaign because we will have a clear picture of future rather than predictions in these forums.

Point 3 and 4 could be right if we see his predictions coming true in October Bulletin!

Still question needs to be answered! Where is VDLRao!!!!!
