Sent answer to I-485 RFE 60 days back ...no update from USCIS

hi,

i sent answer to I-485 RFE 60 days back...in the USCIS site the status changed on
JUNE 22nd that they received response and they will get back to us within 60days.

Till 2day the status is not changed..notsure whether it's approved or they need more info.

Do we need to call customer care or we need to wait for few more days?

Appreciate your comments and guidance.

I am also in the same boat. I sent the response for 485 and the status was updated to 'Response recieved and case processing resumed'.

How would I know whether they accepted the documents that I submitted for RFE are sufficient or not?

Also will the status change to the intial status 'Case received and pending'?

we responded to a RFE for medical and got a response within 10 days for my wife - her 485 was denied - had to file MTR - waiting for decision ....

sure i will let u know if i hear back anything from USCIS.

I responded to an RFE last Nov and late nov I see the same update response received case resumed wait for 60 days etc...

It has been over 9 months since then...last week i called up Nat Sev Cent and opened a case I got a ref number...the agent told me they usually don't send an update unless another thing is needed...so I assume that they may send me more queries...god only knows..

The agent told me to wait for 45 days ...if not call with the ref number...i don't have much hope though....all I am expecting is another RFE....

i may take an infopass next month

Did talk to couple of my friends lately and they also have the same status after responding to an RFE.

I had the same situation. I called USCIS after 180 days. I was told that that these 'no updates' are normal. He also told me that they were fine with the documents they received.
