Hello,

Has anybody gone through the experience that his/her case has been mistakenly appear as withdrwan by the BEC.

I am going through that, and the lawyer says that it was a mistake by the Backlog Processing Center.

If someone when through that, can you tell me how long does it take to correct the problem?

Any information is appreciated.

ma_immigrant,

This has happened to quiet a few of us and the correction time may vary from 1 week to several months. Mine took about 3 months/

Additionally if your case is at Dallas BEC, inferred data shows that they are faster than the Philadelphia "snail pace" BEC !

It had happened to me. In my case BEC said my lawyer or employer never replied to a 45 day letter. Neither of the 2 had ever got any such letter.
Do not worry.
Ask your lawyer to file a motion. DOL will send you a reciept letter of that motion. Keep it for your records.
It took about 3 months for my problem to be fixed, giving me sleepless nights, heartaches, migranes, high blood pressure, pain in joints and loss of a tooth...:D

Keep pressing your HR and your lawyer to act.

Loss of Tooth???
All other side effects are understandable, but loss of tooth isnt. May be there is A big bad story behind that "LOST" tooth you are not willing to share.

Any updates on whether your status changed in PDS? I'm having the same problem where my status changed from In-process to withdrawn after the Ad period was over. I was waiting for my RRI but seeing this instead. My lawyer sent an email to DBEC about three days back, but still it shows "Withdrawn".

Thanks

I have this problem since November 06 and my attorney has sent multiple requests to BEC and still it is not fixed. I know that there are many with this problem.

I've been through the same thing. It took them about 4 months to put it back.
