Hi All,
Please advice me. I have h1b visa till sep30 2009. I got rfe for extensions as i dont have project since july 1st. Now my employer has replied for query today to uscis. I dont know how long it is going to take. Should i go ahead and Apply for h4 visa. How earlier before sep 30th i have to file to be in status. Also do I need to provide any paystubs as I dont have any paystubs from July 1st.
