Me and my spouse are on EAD. I am working for sposorer and also for other company on EAD. Now my spouse want to own business in which we both will be partner and my spouse will also have pay chek. Is this possible? Any one have this experience? Will USCIS raise finger?

yes, that is possible. EAD = right to earn, be it for others or being self employed.

Can we work Part time with GC sponsorer company and full time with another employer on EAD..??

Would be more appropriate if you work for the company that filed your GC. If you have your own company, the USCIS may not believe that you intend to work for your GC petitioner as you own your own company. However, your wife can own and operate the company and you can be a passive shareholder and continue to work for your GC petitioner. I would not recommend self petitioning under AC-21.

I am on EAD working for different employer (other than sponserer)and my Company(sponserer) also filed my H1B. If i get H1B approval from sponserer company, can i work on H1 with sponserer company and full time on EAD with different employer????..

are you sure ? from what I read, once you use EAD, your H1 is invalidated.

Its both a yes and a no.

Yes, you can work - but you lose your H1 status and you will need to use EAD on your FT as well.
No, you can't work - if you intend to stay on H1
