AC21 - Systems Analyst - DBA

Presently Iam working for the GC sponsoring company.

Role in Labor

Title: Systems Analyst

Duties : Analyze,design,develop,test,integrate and implement software applications,databases and systems using Oracle,Oracle Applications and C.

In part 14 of Labor in experience section -- related occupation is given as Programmer,Database Administartor

The above description is given very generic in labor.

As the billing rates are going down&down Iam planning to move permanent position.

Iam planning to move role as Oracle and Oracle Applications DBA.(Which Iam doing now).

Mostly all dba activities are covered in the Job duties. Can I take new role under AC21?

Is there any risk since the soc codes for the both are different one is 15-1051 and another is 15-1061. Salary may be 40% higher.

Do I need very good attorney to represent to tackle this case.

Looks good to me as systems analyst and DBA are similar roles and code. You may take an opinion from an experienced attorney as its an important decision in your career and life.

Anyone has exp in getting GC after changing jobs with different SOC codes. ( With knowledge of USCIS). Anyone has any document/court ruling that for same or similar classification uscis lokks at first 3 or 4 digits Etc...

I alread fedup with consulting and EB3 is not moving. I want to move permanent jobs, also I can get good offers with permanent jobs.

At the same time I don't want to take high risk with this change.

Pls advise.

i am planning to use AC21 . My job title says Sr. SAP consultant . in the related titles section, it says SAP Consulting and or systems analyst . But my employer is not providing me the job description with which it was applied . My new job title will be Sr SAP consultant . salary will be about 70% more .

My question is , is there a way i can get the job description through FOIA act from DOL of from USCIS for I-140 application .

Does this mean that the person with this labor can work as systems analyst or programmer or Database Administrator .....
