View Full Version : Very specific question.. Differnce in jobss > 50% ??

Below are the 2 listed jobs.. I am currently working as aBC for XXX comp... I have been working for more than 3 years.. They are planning to file my GC soon..

I know for a fact that you cannot count current employer exp for GC. If i start working for the same employer on xyz POISTION, so i can count my 3 years experience when applying my GC ?? :confused: :confused: :confused:

All Attorney/ Senior memeber.. please guide me on this..

Your looks an easy case to move. Both are IT and quite similar.


bigger corportaions frown upon the idea of promotions. From an engineer to sr engineer is fine, but to a Project Manager, No. They generally don't do it.....in your case I don't see much of a problem.

If you want you can hire a good lawyer who will send an AC21 letter specifiying how your move is justified under ac21
