Tell us briefly and discreetly.

What are the consequences. I am at a situation where I need clearance that would take 6 months.

Please share your knowledge.

How about filing I-485 now and then sending medical when RFE arrives?

To make sure that I-485 application doesn't get processed too quickly and that you don't get RFE on medical before six months are over, send application towards end of July. They process I-485 application in order of receiving date and hopefully will not touch your application before six months are over and you are ready to provide the results of medical.

Good Luck!

You mean Priority Dates are not considered for processing priority once you apply for I-485 ?

I dont know what you are asking for.

Is it delayed because of +tive PPD and you need to undergo for 6-9 months medication? If yes then by the time you will get RFE, you may have complete it half way and CS should be able to sign the papers.
