I am currently on my 4th year of my H1b visa and my I-140 is approved. I am waiting for the I-485 date to open.
The category for me is EB-3 and my priorty date is March 14 2008.
My wife is on H4 dependent visa. She is starting her school so she would be going to India for her F1 Visa.
I am confused to the point if the window opens for me to file the I-485 can i apply for her as a dependent ?? (but she would be on a F1 visa).. since i want her to have a EAD as than she can atleast work in United States. Please help me in answering this questions..
Can I apply her with me when i apply for my I-485 whenever my priorty date for EB3 comes...
