My friend wants to
* do phd.
* move from "fulltime(8hrs/day)->parttime(4 hrs/day) h1b" while AOS ( h1b and greencard sponsor is the same company).
will this move affect the the greencard process ? ( some say you cannot be partime with gc sponsor as gc intend is fulltime job). Gurus please comment.
