IS there a trend with SLUD? Does SLUD mean anything? Pre-adjudication?
Here is the time line of my SLUD.
July 20th: Received RFE on I-485 for EVL (me) and Bonafide marriage proof (wife)
Aug 7th: Received response to RFE and case processing resumed. Had 2 SLUD's on 10th and 11th.
Sept 14th and 15th: Noticed SLUD's on both days for both our I-485.
Case Info: PD Dec 04 EB3-I.
Anything similar happening to others?? please update.
