I-485 Interview Scheduled - H1B Extension DENIED !!

Hi gurus,

Here is my situation. I am EB2.

LC approved Feb 07
I 140 approved May 07
Filed I-485 July 07. Got EAD and AP Oct 07, Renewed EAD and is now valid until Oct 2010.

First 3 years of H1 expired in Nov 2008. Applied for extension with Emp A and while it was pending used EAD to get another job with Emp B. Later on in Apr 2008 H1 extension was denied (Reason end client contract not submitted). I ignored this as I had already used EAD. Also the salary is more by 40% with Emp B. AC21 was not filed. I am with Emp B since Nov 2008 and still employed.

Now I have interveiw scheduled in first week of Oct. Please help me with few questions,

1. Will my H1 denial cause any problem in the interview.
2. Will the difference in salary with the Emp A with whom the I485 was filed will create any problem. (Salary with EMP B is more by 40%)
3. I am no more with Emp A and I didn't filed AC21, will this be an issue.

Did u get any RFE on your I-485 before getting the Interview Notice or was is just the direct interview notice they sent? Is ur case in Texas Service Center?

No RFE direct Interview. My case was transferred from NSC to TSC then back to NSC then to NBS (Local immi office). I got interview call from chicago office.

Can somebody help me with my questions.....
