Married to US citizen in my home country. Had a baby who is US citizen like a father. NOW I am in US, under Visa Waiver Program and willing to change my status. I know that i could go back to my home country and ask for spouse visa, but we are not willing to stay apart espacialy having a newborn in our family. Please advise me if I can get a green card without leaving US and how long would it take? thanks in advance.
