Hi Experts,
I am trying to efile the I-131 form for Myself. I have questions regarding following.
1) Even though my ap is expiring in Nov 09, it was stamped for 1 year from the date of arrival (upto Oct 2010). I think, due to this I will be legally able to stay upto Oct 2010 but I need to renew my ap in any case.
If I travel outside US and try to return after Nov 09, the officer at the port of entry won't allow me inside since the ap has expired in Nov09.Is this correct?
2) Class of admission - On my I-94,they mentioned Paroled. So I guess I have to write the same.
3) Questions for certify forms:
a)What check boxes I should select?
b)What should I put in "TITLE" ? my job title ?
c)I am filing the form myself, so shall i fill only the top portion and leave all the other portion starting from " Attorney or Representative ". It is confusing, since they have not mentioned it clearly.
d)Do I need to check the final check box ?
[ ] I intend to mail supporting documentation for this application.

1) yes you need a new AP if you exit and enter after 09. You don't need to renew AP even after Oct 2010 as long as you stay in US
2) Yes Parolee
3) I don't remember filling RFE part, may be some thing changed recently. but you have to click "Yes" for d)

One account is enough.
yes you need send supporting document for processing to begin. So don't wait till USCIS asks you. I sent photos, 485 receipt, some kind of ID (License, Passport). You can also attach letter reasoning why you need AP. I did not do it.
I am planning to E File my AP today , i had some questions to , do we need to create 2 efiling accounts one for me and one for my Wife ..in order to efile of just one account is sufficient ...
And ..do i need to Mail any supporting Documents .....after efiling the application or should just wait and see if USCIS requests any documents ..
Thanks
