Where I can read about the requirements for the company that can sponsor me for H1B?
What is the minimum of the employees that the company should employ?

There is no minimum number of employees. The company has to be real and operating, and be able to afford to pay you prevailing wage. There is nothing in immigration regulations, however, that impose restrictions on the company otherwise.
