Company Name changed after applying for Labor

Hi,

I applied for Labor certification in 2008 and my company name is changed recently this year.
Also my labor is still in pending state.

I've the following the questions:

Q1) Is my current labor application still valid?

Q2) What are the things that my company needs to follow-up with USCIS regarding my labor application?

Could you please clarify.
