Please let me know the answer for the above question. I came to us on H4 then changed to H1 now i am currently working and planning to go for H1. Please let me know the answer for above question

If you have (a) stamped H1 in your passport or (b) stamped h1 expired in past 12 months - then answer is 'Yes' otherwise 'No'

Based on the content of the post, you never had H1 and came into US on H4, and made COS to H1 - Hence, the answer is NO
